Banner Ads appear on the Bottom portion of the Home Page, Log In Page and the First Opening Search Page of all View Listings or Services below the Featured Properties or Services.

OPTION#1

• Banner Fees for the Home Page: $400.00/month per Banner.
• Banner Fees for the Log In Page: $300.00/month per Banner.
• Banner Fees for the First Opening Search Page of any one View Listings or Services: $250.00/month per Banner.
• Banner Specifications/Dimensions: 234x60 pixels, file size: 25K or less, animation (optional) may not exceed one loop. Once Banner page is full banners will go into rotation.

• Free Banner Ad Space:
• Submit 50 or more Ads per month, per Company, Office, Agent/Broker and have your Company Name, Logo, etc. appear on a Home Page Banner linking to your web site.
• 40 Ads per month appear on the Log In Page.
• 30 Ads per month appear on any one View Listings or Services Page.
